  2. We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
  3. We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.
  4. Forward your order problems only to our ticket support and WhatsApp.
  5. When an order got partial , it means the rest of your fund is already added into your account
  6. We work on Start Count + Order Quantity = FInal Quantity
  7. If your order has dropped under the start count, we will not refill your order. This is because your old followers are dropping and we are not covering your old orders.
  8. The system will look at the start count when you put order and mark completed after reaching the final count. Please don't ask us to cancel or anything with reason: " views/likes/subs... come from my real user, my fans, another seller.
  9. we can refund your money into your Bestsmartpanel wallet only, we can't refund it to your payment gateway.
  10. Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders.
  11. For Refer and earn/Affiliate, We pay only for new customers. Any re-registration and abuse will be rejected and your referral account will be terminated.
  12. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
  13. You agree that once you complete payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason
  14. Orders placed in Bestsmartpanel will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Bestsmartpanel account if the order is not deliverable.
  15. Bestsmartpanel will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
  16. Bestsmartpanel is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.
  17. You will not upload anything into the Bestsmartpanel site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
  18. Make sure you talk nicely with our support executives if you abuse/mislead/bad behavior in case we have all rights for suspending your account and in this case if you get any loss that's your issue we will not able to help you. Conclusion - Be nice with support executives
